At SPARK PAWS, we want you and your dog to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure the products are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or a size swap.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print it out and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking receipt until your return has been fully processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
