How do I choose the right size for my pet?
We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. We recommend measuring your pet's chest girth and neck circumference, then comparing them to our chart. If your pet is between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items with excessive pet hair may be subject to a restocking fee.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the domestic region. International orders may take 10-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Are your products machine washable?
Most of our hoodies and knitwear are machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle. However, we recommend air drying to maintain the integrity of the fabric and prevent shrinkage.
Do you offer matching sets for humans?
